Reporting to the HR Business Partners, you will be accountable for the administration, reporting, database management and general enquiries of the HR function. Furthermore, you will demonstrate initiative in recruitment process, fine tuning the compensation and benefits handbook and assist with updating payroll policies and procedures.
skills & experience required
As you can see, this role has depth, challenge and reward. If you are passionate about HR and demonstrating the following;
• Experience as a HR Coordinator or Administrator OR;
• Exposure to working within HR environments AND;
• Tertiary HR qualifications AND;
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in excel;
• Used to work closely with HRBP or Compensation & Benefits Team
This role is ideal for an exceptional individual with a strong client focus and confidence in building professional relationships. The position demands a high level of time management, organisation, and polished communication skills.
