A leading offshore legal firm with a focus on corporate and commercial practices has one of the largest teams in the sector with more than 200 lawyers around the globe to support clients on their legal needs. The Singapore office seeks a junior secretary to join the growing team.

about the job

Your role is highly regarded as you work closely with Partners and Associates on daily office administration, secretarial tasks and legal administration functions. You are heavily relied on managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, managing emails and file documents, expenses claims and other secretarial duties.

Being a legal secretary requires you to not only maintain high professionalism but also take a proactive approach to ensure all datelines are kept in view, legal documents prepared are of high accuracy and quality. You will be an expert in document formatting and be able to churn out documents within tight time frame with minimum errors.

This role allows you opportunities to work closely with regional offices. You will be able to gain new secretarial and coordination skill sets at a regional level. The ability to work in a multinational culture is required for you to enjoy this role.

about the manager / team

You will report in to the Office Manager in Singapore and work closely with a small team of 5 lawyers on the daily operations. You will be the gel within the team to ensure seamless operations on a daily basis. The team values high quality work and services to be delivered to internal and external clients.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 5 years of legal and secretarial support experiences within MNCs or legal firms. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, well in multi tasking and demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams in a face paced, commercial and driven environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
