about the job
Reporting into the Managing Director, this Office Manager will play a crucial role in the overall well being of the office. You will be responsible for a range of business critical tasks including:
- Liaisng with external vendors on facility management
- Office firewarden
- Managing the office equipment and issuing of staff access cards etc.
- Travel arrangements for anyone who travels
- Reception duty when required
- Secretarial support to the Managing Director - Calendaring, travel arranagements
skills and experience required
Reporting into a merticulous, hands on and measured individual, your strengths will lie in being merticulous, punctual, professional in your work product and resourceful. you will come with at least 3 years of office administration experience and come from preferably the advertising/media/marketing industry. Possessing excellent communication skills, you should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Pride in ensuring that the office is kept well is crucial as skill to operate well in this organisation.
In return, you will get a monthly remuneration of up to $5000 + 1 month fixed bonus. You will also get to work in an award-winning firm within the industry.
