about the job
You will be part of the legal team in Singapore where you support lawyers in the team on daily legal and administration support functions in a highly commercial and professional manner. Your duties include:
- Reviewing, managing and execution of legal related documents;
- Administrative support on all corporate secretarial matters including tracking of important deadlines, liaising with senior stakeholder and external vendors to ensure that all corporate secretarial documents are well maintained and executed in a timely order;
- Case and precedent management;
- Attending to legal queries internally and other team administration support as required.
Note that this is a 12 months fixed term contract subjected to renewal or conversion depending on the performance of the bank and individual performances.
skills & experience required
This role requires you to come LLB or Diploma in Law with at least 5 years of paralegal experiences in either legal firms or MNCs, be able to communicate and relate to the business units on general legal queries. You will demonstrate ability to multi-task, adopt flexibility and perform in a fast paced environment.
In return this role will offer a salary up to S$4500 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
