This exciting role would require you to report to the Talent Acquisition Lead. You will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead to primarily support and deliver end-to-end recruitment process. Your daily activities include:-
- Partner with internal line manager to identify the hiring profiles
- Source suitable candidates through different sources and build candidates pipelines
- Maintain candidate networks and provide resume, interview and career advice to candidates.
- Constantly seeks new, innovative ways to improve the sourcing process.
- Coordinates and schedule candidate interviews
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
Skills & experience required
