You will be covering diversified duties such as helping out the team in corporate planning, corporate administrative tasks, accounting, tax and general settlement, loan middle and back office tasks, IT system management, and human resources management administration. Your main responsibilities will be administration to the accounting team and secretarial support to the senior management.

You will provide secretarial support to and report to the CEO of the Singapore office.
skills & experience required
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese due to the need to liaise frequently with colleagues in headquarters in Tokyo who are not proficient in English. The ideal candidate must also have excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills with proven ability to work promptly and efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You should have the ability to work with people at all levels with demonstrated team spirit and responsiveness. Candidates with some accounting background will be advantageous.
