A leading player in the financial services sector with strong Asia presence is seeking a dynamic professional to join their talent acquisition team.

about the job

  • You will act as a business partner to hiring managers in ascertaining hiring needs and requirements
  • Responsible for the end to end recruitment process from writing JDs, posting job ads, sourcing, interviewing to making job offers and conducting reference checks
  • You will provide regular updates to line managers and candidates to ensure the quality of service levels to key stakeholders and uphold the employer brand of the firm
  • Represent the firm in career fairs and recruitment drives
  • Effectively manage external recruitment partners in ensuring they meet SLAs and requirements
  • Proactively build a talent pipeline for the organisation
  • Participat in refining and improving the recruitment process

about the manager/team
You will report to the head of talent acquisition and work alongside a dynamic team of colleagues.

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder in HR Management or Business Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years experience in the financial services sector
  • Sound knowledge of employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
