about the job
You will act as a business partner to hiring managers in ascertaining hiring needs and requirements. Your responsibility in the end to end recruitment process will include writing JDs, posting job ads, sourcing, interviewing, making job offers to selected candidates and conducting reference checks. You will ensure that hiring is done in a fair manner that is compliant to local legislation and company's processes.
As the ambassador of the firm, you will represent the company with integrity and professionalism, upholding the employer brand in all your interactions with candidates, including representation of the firm in career fairs and campus recruitment drives.
You should be highly resourceful in identifying avenues for suitable candidates and work with external recruitment partners o na need to basis. You will be strong in managing the partners in ensuring that they meet the agreed SLAs and agreements. You will proactively build a talent pipeline for the organisation.
about the manager/team
You will report to the head of talent acquisition and work alongside a dynamic team of colleagues. As a team player, you will proactively participate in giving feedback and sharing industry best practices with one another, with the ultimate objective of refining and optimizing the recruitment process.
skills and experience required
- Degree holder in HR Management or Business Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment, ideally with at least 2 years experience in the financial services sector
- Sound knowledge of employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
