Following a strong year of growth in 2015, specialist recruitment firm Randstad Singapore looks to expand its Business Support division this year in response to increasing demands for quality talent in the corporate and secretarial support functions. Under the expansion, the Business Support division will now be reorganised into two specialist divisions: Corporate & Secretarial Support and Human Resources.
The newly organised divisions will, in addition, receive investment to support their growth plans with increased headcount.

The expansion will see the Corporate & Secretarial Support specialist team focusing on key roles such as executive assistants, personal assistants, secretaries, corporate and admin support professionals, including legal support.
The Human Resources division will specialise in recruiting HR professionals in the areas of learning and development, compensation and benefits, organisational development, talent acquisition and recruitment as well as HR business partners and generalists.
With the new Corporate & Secretarial Support and Human Resources divisions, Randstad grows its specialised portfolio of recruitment capabilities across different industries which include accounting, banking & financial services, information technology, engineering, life science and sales, marketing & communications.
