This internal promotion follows the departure of Chris Pace, who has returned home after a 10-year stint in Singapore.

Mr Kwan has served as a recruitment specialist of Randstad Singapore since 2016. He has successfully established and expanded the Manufacturing and Supply Chain vertical, accounting for 41% of the team's revenue over the past four years. Under the new remit, Mr Kwan will expand his responsibilities to cover property and construction and will be reporting to Senior Director of Banking & Financial Services team, Ms. Lim Chai Leng.
