The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) is the most representative and inclusive employer brand research in the world. It is the only study that captures the workforce sentiments towards key employee value proposition factors from employees and job seekers between the ages 18 and 64. In 2025, Randstad released the 14th edition of the Employer Brand Research in Singapore.

REBR provides unique labour market insights, bringing together:

• 173,000 respondents, with 2,602 respondents in Singapore

The outcomes are based on public perception and focus on two main areas: overall brand awareness and relative attractiveness. This creates a level playing field for all of the commercial companies. Unlike other employer branding studies, the Randstad Employer Brand Research is not based on company nominations or judging panels. It is an independently conducted research where the results are based solely on the opinions and votes of the local potential working demographic, giving a truly impartial view of the employee market and a true reflection of employer attractiveness for each of the participating markets' largest employers.

Companies with stronger employer brands experience one to two times faster hiring time. 50% of candidates would not work for a company with a bad reputation despite a higher salary.
