- perform cost planning, estimation, and quantity measurements
- manage budget and cost control
- handle contract administration and managing terms and claims
knowledge and skills
- bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
- 4 years of experience as a quantity surveyor in construction field
- experience in managing costs and contracts in construction environments (building)
- exposure in the M&E field is highly advantageous
