Our client is a global advertising MNC with a well-established presence in more than 80 different countries. They are looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team and play a key role in maximizing the commercial value of their strategic landlord partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for Outdoor Advertising, with a proven track record in managing strategic partners or a similar role. A strong business acumen, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a self-driven, analytical mindset are key to success in this role. You can expect to provide client servicing and account management for key business partners in terms of media and advertising assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be the point of contact for end to end account management of key Landlord accounts to ensure that deliverables and met. Ensure all contractual obligations to Landlords are met by coordinating with internal teams and build and maintain strong Landlord relationships by understanding and catering to their commercial needs.
- Be the point of escalation for any issue escalation and deliver regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyze market trends and deliver strong value proposition to Landlords.
- Facilitate day-to-day operations, including site visits and upkeep of media assets.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with the Project team to ensure timely delivery of media assets.
- Improve efficiency by overseeing workflows and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with OOH industry regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
- Assist in RFP and tender responses.
- Coordinate with Landlords and internal teams to create and enhance media assets.
- Develop new business proposals and offerings in response to market demand.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in strategic partner management, account management or a similar function within the media and advertising space.
- Knowledge of and prior experience in outdoor advertising / OOH is highly desirable and will be a strong added advantage.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Sharp business acumen and strong numerical skills.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with experience in the building of presentation decks, proposals, briefs.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and communication skills to interface between internal stakeholders and clients
