In this position as an Account Manager, you will be expected to liaise with various distribution channels such as Brokers, FAs and Direct channel relating to renewal of group insurance policies. The ideal incumbent is expected to establish and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders which includes clients, intermediaries, business partners.
You will provide support to the Team Lead in developing value propositions and engagement activities to increase pooling sales opportunities and work with clients and intermediaries on the desired plan design program taking into consideration the operational aspects.

Skills & experience required
- 3+ years of account management experience within group insurance/employee benefits insurance
- Equipped with HI, M5, M9 (ideally but not a must)
- Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance
- Results Oriented/Goals Driven with good communication skills
- Excellent team player with positive work
- Good level of numeracy and literacy
