An international fintech company is hiring for an Accountant.
about the job
This is a full sets role. You will oversee financial processes to ensure compliance with company standards, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, review accounts, and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations in various currencies. You will identify variance, collaborate with the Sales and Operations team to address discrepancies, and reconcile inter-company transactions. You will participate in year-end statutory audits and tax procedures, work with local accountants in different countries on statutory, VAT/GST, and tax compliance, and support the Financial Controller and CFO as required. You will also have 2 direct reports under you.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified in accounting or ACCA qualified. You should have 5 years of experience in full sets, preferably have worked in a fintech company or start-up environment before. Office is in the Central part of Singapore. Hybrid working arrangement.
