about the job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for processing vendor payments, managing expense claims, and ensuring all financial transactions comply with company policies. You will handle inter-company billing, reconcile balances, and process debit and credit notes. Regular updates on receivables, balance statements, and customer account reconciliations will be part of your duties, along with collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely collections. Additional responsibilities include monthly bank reconciliations, preparing balance sheet schedules, assisting in financial closing processes, managing LC documentation, processing provisions and prepayment adjustments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also provide support on ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
Skills and experience required
- Degree/Diploma holder in Finance, accounting, or relevant disciplines
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP system is highly desirable
- Relevant years of experience in Accounting operations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across departments and regions.
