about the job
You will be responsible to support all administrative duties around the office, from overseeing office operations, preparing and submitting expense claims and reports, to being the main point of contact for vendors and the building management team, and coordinating logistics and travel arrangements for overseas visitors or guests. This incumbent will work closely with the accounting team to help with administrative documentation and recording before submission, including the preparation of transaction memos, supporting the preparation of financial reports and checking reconciliation of credit card / bank statements. Being flexible in taking up additional responsibilities, such as providing coverage for the Receptionist and Accounting Executive whenever necessary, will also fall under your care.
about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, and there will be a Receptionist reporting directly to this Executive.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and come with at least 2 years of administrative experience in a similar industry, preferably with basic accounting knowledge. You will need to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with your colleagues and stakeholders. Having good problem-solving skills, coupled with a positive, can-do attitude, will greatly contribute to your success in this role.
