about the job
In this role, you will need to help manage day-to-day office operations and providing general administrative tasks assigned. You will be responsible to support the manager in 1, KYC Submissions: Fill in the KYC/account opening form, liaise with the relevant stakeholders to arrange and maintain all KYC documents for the companies. 2, Invoice Review: Review and update invoices to the company's internal invoice management system. 3, Process invoice payments, expense reports and purchase orders. 4, Prepare financial reports, assist in maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.
This incumbent will also need to ensure that all administrative activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Head of Operations, and will work closely with the team and regional counterparts to ensure smooth operations for the team.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably graduate or equivalent education in Finance, business or related field. Coming with a good attitude to learn new things and being flexible in taking up new responsibilities over time, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively will contribute to your success in this role. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Proficient with MS Office, PDF, and Web drives such as Google drive, calendar, etc.
