The role supports the Singapore Office Manager with HR and administrative functions, working closely with lawyers and support staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with HR administrative functions like onboarding, terminations, and updating of employee records.
- Handling visa and employment workright matters, including applications and renewals.
- Facilitating employee offer letters, reference letters, leave application records, corppass related adminsitrative tasks
- Coordinating LPA (Lawyer and Visiting Professional) assignments and managing vacation day balances.
- Managing office-related administrative tasks, including conference room bookings, liaising with facilities, and handling vendor contracts.
- Assisting in organizing office events and submitting expenses.
- Facilitating IT application learning and attending meetings.

You will report directly to the director, as well as office manager, Singapore
skills and experience required
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of relevant experience in a law firm and a strong knowledge of administration. Highly professional, yet approachable, demeanor, with comfort and competence both in dealing with senior lawyers and working collaboratively with other lawyers and staff throughout the firm. Training will be provided.
