Our client is a well-established American MNC, with multiple well known brands under its business. Due to a temporary requirement, they are currently recruiting for a Regional C&B Analyst (6 months contract), to focus on supporting the year end appraisal activities.
about the job
Reporting to the Regional C&B Lead, you will play a key role within the C&B team, who manages the C&B philosophies and related analytical work.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage annual C&B processes, such as surveys, market trends analysis, pay analysis, reviewing of internal pay range and pay competitiveness
- Manage offer proposals, including internal mobility and equity
- Support sales incentive schemes and evaluate data to align with business objectives
- Support year end processes such as merit increment, budget allocation, performance rating distribution curve, equity grant allocation etc
- Support on any regional C&B activities as required by the team
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant roles, such as C&B, Sales Operations, or FP&A
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skill to translate data into meaningful insights and solutions
- Experience in sales incentive scheme analysis or financial modeling would be highly advantageous but not a requirement

- Hybrid working, at least 1-2 days on-site
