Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer based in Singapore, you will directly manage a team of 3 remotely and support 6,000 employee across Singapore, China and India markets. In addition, you will:
- Business partner closely with the regional business leaders, lead company HR development strategies in line with organization effectiveness and employee engagement
- Ensure alignment and optimal employee engagement and experience across all markets
- Adopt data-driven methodologies to analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Lead governance to ensure all HR Services are delivered to the business in accordance with agreed service quality, performance targets and user satisfaction targets
- Support the expansion of international markets for commercial offices and manufacturing plant sites across the world
- Responsible for defining and implementing HR policies and guidelines, accordingly to local laws and regulations and the company's development needs
skills and experience required
- Min. 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, of which 10 years’ within a regional capacity
- Experience within a large MNC is essential, ideally within the consumer technology / manufacturing / engineering industries
- Worked directly with C-Suites and senior leadership team, providing HR business partnering and advisory support on business and people areas
- Proven experience in leading cross functional teams, strong HR service delivery
- Track record in managing performance matrix, agile methodology and measuring matrix and dashboards
- Service excellence mindset, passion to drive towards continuous service improvements for employees
- Strong business acumen with a track record in driving HR strategies across markets
- Good understanding of regional country regulations and law
