- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to drive both individual and team revenue targets and to ensure alignment with the company's broader business objectives
- Lead negotiations for large, multi-stakeholder deals
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within SEA, creating go-to-market strategies for cutting-edge technologies and applications
- Deliver precise sales forecasts and insightful market analysis to senior leadership, using data to inform strategic adjustments and optimize sales processes
Skills and experience required
- Msc / Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of sales experience in the control flow valves / pumps / actuators business in Power, Nuclear power, O&G and Petrochemical industries
- Proven ability to lead a team of up to 6 sales professionals (APAC + Australia), driving both individual and team success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong track record of both individual and team sales performance, with experience in managing and closing large, complex deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers at all levels.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required (around 40%)
- Strong experience on Sales Key Account management of OEM and EPC
