about the job
As an APAC TA Coordinator, you will manage the end to end coordination of recruitment activities for countries within the region. Your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Scheduling of interviews across APAC, working closely with internal and external candidates, interviewers (hiring managers/ talent acquisition), external recruitment partners, HR
- Managing candidate data and reports through the system/ database, ensuring information is organised and accurate
- Managing of job posting and ensuring that it is compliant to relevant laws and regulations
- Supporting in talent acquisition projects when required

- 6 months renewable contract, immediate/ short notice candidates preferred

skills and experience required
- Experience in Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition coordination preferred
- Adaptable, fast pace, independent, resourceful, highly organised, able to multi-task well
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in high volume recruitment coordination in MNCs/ regional roles will be advantageous
- Experience using Workday system would be advantageous
