About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing technology company with innovative products and a growing presence in Asia. Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for a Legal Counsel to be based in Singapore to support their business operations and growth. This role offers visibility and business partnering opportunities with the senior management team.

Responsibilities
You will partner closely with the senior management and cross functional stakeholders to provide advice to support the business operations and growth while minimising risk to the organisation. This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on data privacy, intellectual property, employment, regulatory matters and disputes when they arise.

Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience ideally with strong experience in technology laws and regulations in the Asia region. You are driven, confident, proactive, commercial-minded, independent and have a proven track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. You are fluent in Mandarin which will be essential for partnering with stakeholders in the North Asia region.
