Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a Payroll and HR operations team to manage payroll activities, including but not limited to:

Your job scope includes but not limited to:

Manage end to end payroll processing, such as salary calculations, reporting, and leave and claims processing etc.
Monitor employee attendance, update the master database, and handle staff roster scheduling.
Assist with daily HR tasks, including timecard management, p-files, and HR data maintenance.
Prepare HR-related documents, including confirmation and employment letters.
