about the job

Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:

HR Operations

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and proper handovers for departing employees.
Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Maintain and update the employment database, including electronic and employee P files, and track performance evaluations.
Stay updated on Singapore Employment Act and related government regulations.

Admin / Office Operations

Coordinate daily office operations, including meeting room arrangements and visitor reception.
Manage office vendors for pantry supplies, cleaning services, water dispensers, plants, and office equipment.
Arrange staff travel, including hotel and flight bookings.
Process office and staff expense claims and maintain proper filing.

skills and experience required

At least 3 years of HR & Admin experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese stakeholders based in Shanghai, China
Independent, meticulous with strong attention-to-detail
