key responsibilities

Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversions across e-commerce platforms.
Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-quality content that aligns with both brand and retailer objectives.
Utilize performance data to refine strategies and maximize ROI on digital marketing efforts.
Manage paid advertising on social media and digital channels, ensuring targeted engagement within the FMCG sector.
Develop content strategies that enhance brand awareness and consumer interaction on trade platforms.
Leverage data analytics and customer insights to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance digital sales initiatives.
Work closely with retailers to coordinate marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Implement SEO best practices tailored for e-commerce platforms, optimizing product and category pages.
Define and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for trade partners, aligning with overall business goals.
Oversee product selection, pricing, promotional strategies, and inventory planning for optimal sales performance.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration between digital and offline trade strategies.
Optimize product listings for visibility, search rankings, and improved conversion rates.
Track and analyze e-commerce metrics, generating insights for performance improvement.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade partner e-commerce platforms, providing recommendations for growth.
Coordinate with agencies and designers to develop point-of-sale (POS) and other marketing materials for online promotions.
Ensure content meets industry standards and resonates with FMCG consumers.
Oversee social influencer collaborations and manage content creation for digital campaigns.
Keep up with industry trends, evolving consumer behavior, and new digital innovations to refine marketing strategies.

qualifications and experience:

Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
6 years of experience in digital marketing in the FMCG industry.
In-depth knowledge of FMCG sales trends, trade marketing, and shopper behavior.
Expertise in e-commerce platform management, including experience with major retailer websites and online marketplaces.
Direct experience negotiating with buyers and retailers, with a deep understanding of consumer channels.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms,
Strong proficiency in e-commerce tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
