about the job

The role involves providing secretarial and administrative support tailored to the needs of a legal practice group. Key responsibilities include managing client files and compliance processes (via Intapp and AML checks), document production and management, time and billing support, conducting legal and company searches, handling expenses reports and claims, call and calendar management, email and contact organization, travel arrangements, and direct client interaction. The role also includes coordination with internal teams, handling clerical tasks, meeting deadlines, supporting team members, and occasionally liaising with courts for document preparation.

You will be reporting/working closely with the Operations, Risk & Administration manager, as well as the leadership team

skills and experience required

Qualification focusing on Management, Administration or other related areas.
** Must have strong technical capabilities across MSOffice Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) **
Experience in working in the legal sector
Great team player, with can-do attitude
High level of discretion, diplomacy and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
