You will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, cash management, budgeting, reviewing accounts receivable/payable, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, this position involves overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and compliance with labor laws.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's financial health and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), assisting with budget planning, overseeing daily accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory and internal policies. Additionally, you will manage payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits administration to foster a productive workplace environment. Your ability to analyze financial trends, implement internal controls, and optimize processes will be essential in supporting the company’s strategic growth.
Skills and experience required
- Degree holder in Finance, accounting, or relevant disciplines
- Equipped with good knowledge of technical accounting FRS knowledge, and statutory requirements
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing
- Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Prior experience with internal controls, audits, and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and a team player
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
