Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 4 key business areas: Legal Compliance, Operations, Risk Management, and Finance.
- Resolve operational issues in collaboration with the management team.
- Review and approve company processes and policies for compliance and efficiency.
- Recommend improvements to company structure and operational effectiveness.
- Drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement across the business.
- Implement and monitor yield management for competitiveness and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including proposals and costings.
- Manage headcount, budgets, and succession planning to enhance productivity.
- Communicate and reinforce company strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct quarterly department reviews to ensure target achievement.
- Collaborate with Business Development to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders through meetings and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Proven leadership experience in an SME or start-up environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
