Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Manage and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee relations matters, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate office operations, including facilities management, vendor relations, and procurement.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
skills and experience required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, including payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
