Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the finance collections email inbox by tracking and clearing incoming messages. You have to generate and process receipts daily from various payment platforms, perform daily checks and reconciliation of bank items related to collections. Communicate with business units as needed for necessary actions and updates. AR aging and monthly closings are also part of your responsibilities.
skills and experience required
You should possess an accounting or finance degree or equivalent and possess 3 years of working experience. You need to have mentored or have had direct reports under you before, if not your CV will not be considered. The client highly prefers you to have a stable tenure in each job. Office is in the Central part of Singapore, hybrid working arrangement 3 days wio, 2 days wfh.
