Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be part of the HR Shared Services tea, team to provide HR support for employees regionally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the employee life-cycle including onboarding/offboarding, supporting recruitment operations and preparation of HR documentation
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall efficiency of the HR Shared Services
- Managing employee records and ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
- Analyse and address any HR issues that arises, innovating new solutions and adapting existing approaches as necessary
- Administration of payroll and other staff compensation & benefits
- Effectively collaborate internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and operations.
- Offer guidance and assistance for all HR shared services matters
- Make decisions that influence the team's success and contribute to project execution.
- Manage small teams or HR projects both internally and at client sites.
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services or similar roles
- Strong HR analytics skills with the ability to interpret data effectively and make data-driven decisions
- Adaptable, team player and process driven
- Great interpersonal skills to effectively engage with individuals at all organisational levels
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate with senior stakeholders based in Beijing, China
- Competency in Lark HRIS will be an added advantage
