- Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and align HR strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence and Shared Services teams to deliver solutions in talent acquisition, performance management, learning, and compensation.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning processes.
- Support engagement initiatives to enhance culture, retention, and satisfaction while championing diversity and inclusion.
- Provide guidance on compensation matters and collaborate with the C&B team for fair and competitive rewards decisions.
- Generate and maintain HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, resignation trends, retention rates & manpower planning.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects, including process improvements, policy reviews, and systems implementation.
- Ensure governance by maintaining compliance with labour laws, HR audits, and internal policies.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Business Partnering role.
- Strong proficiency in HR analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or HRIS platforms like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in matrixed organizations and collaborating with Center of Excellence and Shared Services teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage confidential matters.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Experience in change management, transformation projects, and driving organizational effectiveness.
- Adaptability and agility to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Prior exposure to data centers, infrastructure, or technology industries is a plus.
