Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Development, this role will collaborate closely with various business divisions, acting as a strategic advisor on structural realignments and workforce planning. You will also:
- Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities for organizational redesign, particularly focusing on areas ripe for efficiency gains through process optimization or automation.
- Manage the annual manpower budgeting process, meticulously reviewing organizational staffing requirements and proposals.
- Oversee the integrity of the organizational framework and job data within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to facilitate budget forecasting for the upcoming fiscal year
- Ensure the precision of workforce data for comprehensive reporting purposes.
skills and experience required
- Degree qualified with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources manpower planning and organisational development.
- Ability to provide manpower advisory to various stakeholders.
- Possesses strong quantitative aptitude and a high degree of precision in handling details.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with and influence staff from all levels.
