- Contribute to the formulation, implementation and delivery of the Branch’s operational risk management guidelines & procedures
- Constantly review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of periodic Key Risk Indicator updates, Risk and Control Self-Assessment exercises and ad hoc reviews if any
- Review of local policies, standard operating procedures, change management plans, outsourcing arrangements etc
- Issue, Incident & Control Management which includes reviewing the completeness and accuracy of incident description, including potential / actual loss and regulatory breach (es) where applicable
- Work with respective Department Heads in planning Risk Control metrics and processes Outsourcing Business - Coordinate Service Level Agreement refresh to ensure SLAs are up-to-date
- Participate in Risk Committee meetings and provide regular insight on the location’s risk profile along with mitigation plans
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of Operational Risk, Internal Audit, and/or Controls experience within the Banking sector
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
