key responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

- Client & Partner Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and business partners.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively.
- Act as the primary contact for partners, resolving any operational or sales-related issues.
- Provide guidance and training to business partners to enhance product awareness and sales effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Generate reports and provide sales forecasts to leadership teams.
- Evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports tracking key performance metrics.
- Serve as a product expert, delivering training sessions and demonstrations to partners and clients.
- Work with internal teams—including marketing, product, and technical support—to align sales efforts with business initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
- Support onboarding and training of new clients and partners.
- Assist in administrative sales tasks, including handling proposals, tenders, and quotations.
qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant.
- 3 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in the AV, IT, or technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of sales channels, market trends, and partner ecosystems.
- Willingness to travel is essential.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Commercial mindset with a knack for identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience managing distribution networks and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a target-driven approach.
