This role will provide strategic direction on the current and future portfolio strategy, identify opportunities in in-licensing and build partnerships across the Asia Pacific region. This role will drive marketing campaigns and programs in close collaboration with marketing teams in country, as well as working cross collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Alliance Management.

He/she should take the lead facilitating the regional cross-functional team and in communicating brand strategy to the Asia Pacific countries, reporting to the Head of Commercial for the region.

skills and experience required
• Bachelor degree in Science/Pharma/Medicine
• At least 10 years marketing experience in a major pharmaceutical MNC with minimum 6 years marketing experience at Senior Product Management level or above with regional (APAC) capacity preferred
• Track record with managing, coaching and mentoring Product Managers
• Experience managing brands at various stages of the product lifecycle including a
track record of product launch success
