about the job
- Enhance network through discussions with investors and broaden the investor pool
- Identifying opportunities to build investor relationships and cross-selling opportunities
- Provide strategic recommendations on syndication and offer insights for structuring of the deals
- Handle the active publicity efforts, networking and manage the investment instruments, along with structuring loan solutions for the investors
- Manage and follow through the entire deal process from origination, execution, pricing, pitching, liaising with various stakeholders etc
- Partner with internal teams to support origination initiatives

skills & experience required
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in syndication in corporate banking
- Good credit analysis, financial and analytical skills
