About the job In this position as a Broking Support Specialist, you will be expected to provide support for both new & renewal of business and endorsement processing for all lines of business. The ideal incumbent will assist with the preparation of all insurance related technical documentation and ensure completeness and provide support to clients and markets as required. The successful incumbent will also be expected to support the annual audit and review as a team and ensure all documents are saved and files are passed on to the others in accordance with company rules and procedures. - 2+ years of relevant experience as a broker or junior broker, ideally with strong understanding on property & Casualty products
- Experience working with Senior Brokers and liaising with underwriters
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Highly independent, positive and highly motivated individual
- Detailed oriented and meticulous
