As part of their business growth plan, they are currently looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose customized IT solutions to address business challenges.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, cloud computing, or software services preferred.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast start-up environment and work close stakeholders of different levels
