- Weekly re-schedule report to customers
- Business development : cold calling / generate leads / networking / social media marketing
- Quotations generation and monitoring of delivery shipment
- Act as operation focal point for customer queries (e.g. documentation and shipment status) and complex sales order resolution
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
- Sales Presentations
- Maintain Filing System of all Sales and Stocks related documents
skills and experience required
- Degree / Diploma or equivalent
- Min 3 years working experience in a sales environment
- Able to speak and write in Korean so as to liaise with Korea's client who cannot speak english or Able to speak and write in Japanese so as to liaise with Japan's client who cannot speak english
- Test of Proficiency in Korean - TOPIK II Grade 5/6 certified or JLPT 1/2 certified is needed for the role
- Willing to work around Biopolis area (for now 5 day office work mode)
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools will be a plus
