My client is a fast-growing blockchain infrastructure company, focused on supporting and scaling proof-of-stake networks. As part of their global expansion, they are building out their Sales and Business Development teams and are now seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Singapore.
This role will focus on developing and executing regional sales strategies targeting institutional investors, while contributing to the overall global go-to-market plan. The successful candidate will work closely with the Global Head of Sales and Head of APAC to drive adoption, build lasting partnerships, and grow the firm’s footprint across APAC.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with institutional clients across the APAC region
Build and maintain strong relationships with crypto funds, family offices, asset managers, and other institutional stakeholders
Collaborate with global and regional teams on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and client onboarding
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and thought leadership
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the blockchain and proof-of-stake ecosystem to engage meaningfully with clients and prospects
skills and experience required
... A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of proven experience in institutional sales or relationship management within the financial services sector
Minimum 2 years of blockchain or crypto industry business development experience
Strong familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including a solid grasp of proof-of-stake networks and market dynamics
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed team
