As part of their continuous commitment to establish and maintain a high performing team of professionals within their firm, they are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance market presence across the region.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, your responsibilities would includes
- Develop and execute business development strategies to support firm-wide and practice-specific growth objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and client engagement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Manage competing deadlines and priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business development efforts.
- Leverage an existing network of industry contacts to enhance business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Work independently while also engaging with senior leadership to influence decision-making.
Skills and experience required
- Min 7 years of relevant business development experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
- Strong ability to influence and interact with senior stakeholders across a large organization.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project leadership skills.
