The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strategic business relationships, driving sales, and promoting brand awareness across the region, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of the consumer lifestyle market.
Your TeamYou will report directly to the Head of Sales. You will also work cohesively with cross-functional teams, including product, logistics, and marketing, to localize strategies and deliver solutions tailored to regional markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business Development
- Develop and implement business strategies for assigned regions in line with company objectives.
- Identify, propose, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with country partners to plan sales forecasts and budgets (sell-in & sell-through).
- Ensure all executions and plans adhere to company policies and guidelines.
Sales & Market Growth
- Drive sales growth and market penetration by assisting distributors in business negotiations, leveraging local context.
- Measure and track regional performance against KPIs, providing regular reviews with country partners.
- Support and provide holistic solutions for developing market businesses to benefit the company.
Product Strategy & Localization
- Collaborate with global product teams to identify key product strategies and adapt them to regional needs.
- Understand and communicate product features, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Partner with the Training Manager to develop product training programs tailored to regional requirements.
Operational Excellence
- Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure seamless sales logistics and operational efficiency.
- Assist country partners in resolving product quality, warranty, and compliance issues.
- Support the Quality Control Manager in addressing product compliance matters for assigned regions.
Marketing & Relationship Management
- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to increase visibility.
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders to strengthen partnerships.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data, market insights, and partner performance to optimize strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on regional progress, challenges, and opportunities
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in Sales/Marketing or Business Development, with a proven track record of sustaining sales growth.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations in English.

- Prior experience in consumer electronics or FMCG industries.
- Talent for analyzing and solving problems independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally.
