Your role involves:
- Designing and executing the strategy for IT Cyber security, governance and compliance
- Reviewing and maintaining Security framework and information security polices to ensure that the company adheres to the security compliance. This includes ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and other relevant security frameworks across all regions.
- Driving the on-going improvement of security monitoring and incident response processes are in place. This is to ensure that identification, investigation, response, and rectification of security breach events are well managed.
- Enhancing early detection capability - Driving lessons learned activities after incidence closure to identify potential gaps in security control
- Regulatory Engagement: Act as the company's representative in discussions with regulators, auditors, and payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) regarding security and compliance matters."
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 12 years of experience in Information Security, IT Governance, Risk and control. You should have proven track record in designing strategy/roadmap for IT security, governance and compliance.
Exposure to PCI DSS / payments industry will be of added advantage
