In this position as a Claims Executive, you will be working alongside with a small team and reporting to a Manager. The ideal incumbent will be expected to attend incoming calls relating to claims and processing claims documents promptly. You will contact ceding companies/brokers on incomplete information, conduct audit trail check and assist to extract and input data for Loss Reserving. The ideal incumbent will also be given authorize debit notes payments within the limit assigned.

skills & experience required

• Some knowledge on general insurance or non-life sector preferable
• Strong numeric skills and good written skills
• Eye for detail and familiar with MS Excel/word
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and with team
