about the job
- Ensure accurate processing of opening, closure and data maintenance for the bank's clients, agents and counterparty
- Ensure onboarding welcome pack processed and sent to clients
- Review of documents submitted by front office
- Process client's change in circumstance and amendments on the account
- Ensure document deficiencies are accurately tracked and escalated
- Assist in name searches for Compliance and Legal team
- Provide quality service to clients and internal stakeholders
skills and experience required
- Degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in banking client documentation and maintenance
- Team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
