As part of its expansion, they are looking for a Client Engagement Manager to join their regional team where you would play a critical role in onboarding clients, providing continuous education, and building strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
About the role
Reporting to to the APAC Regional Director, your responsibilities would includes
- Oversee the onboarding for new clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the company's web platforms effectively.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, ensuring the platform delivers measurable value.
- Provide ongoing support to existing customers, offering solutions to optimize their experience and drive success.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for the platform.
- Monitor usage patterns and proactively address issues to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with sales colleagues to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to influence product development and improve user experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to offer relevant and impactful advice to customers.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in financial services or SaaS platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and usage patterns for actionable recommendations.
