guidance on the appropriate response and ensuring effective communication and
coordination among the team

Perform monthly review of logs processes and ensure technical team adhere to schedule
attend to vessel inspections

Leading initiatives to enhance safety practices within teams

Supervise contractors’ repair/maintenance of vessels

Perform evaluation for dry-docking, repair quotes and selection of shipyards for repair
works, ship maintenance etc

Overall management of the technical aspects of the fleet. This
includes overseeing the daily operations of maintenance and repair, budgeting, survey
schedules, onboard general assessment of vessels, inspections and docking

skills & experience required

Degree / Diploma in Engineering
COC Class 1
Able to travel within a short notice period
Familiar with ISM / ISPS
Strong in technical troubleshooting and problem solving
