Our client is an established company with over 20 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced Command Center Manager - APAC - Data center to join their team.

About the job

Lead, coach, and mentor the Command Center team, ensuring high levels of performance and accountability.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Command Center, ensuring efficient monitoring and response to critical incidents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate communication of incidents and events.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management, escalation processes, and reporting.

Ensure that incident response times and resolution timelines meet organizational goals and service level agreements (SLAs).

Ensure appropriate responses to all site-critical alarms and status changes monitored in the Command Center. Likewise, ensure timely and proper responses to all network connectivity product critical alarms and status changes monitored in the GCC

Prepare and present regular reports on incident management, performance metrics, and risk analysis.

Ensure the availability and functionality of Command Center tools and systems.

Manage emergency response procedures, ensuring quick and effective mitigation of any threats or disruptions.

Communicate companies’ policies or obligations with tact to customers.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of experience in Data center or network operation center / NOC environment. Proven track record in managing a team is required for this role.

Exposure to consulting / SI / customer support background is required for this position.
